About our school
«Pokuttia School»
is a leading Waldorf initiative in Western Ukraine, which is currently developing dynamically. We are located in the historical region of Pokuttia, in a small town with a long history - Horodenka.
Тут Here in 1998, the Waldorf Kindergarten "Buzkove Hnizdo" was founded by parents and teachers.
And in 2018, the Waldorf Initiative was founded by parents and teachers.
Our children run to school every morning! For them, learning is an exciting process, constant observations and the joy of discoveries that they make together with their mentors - teachers.
The edge of the forest, a stream, an apple orchard, a canyon - this is the unique landscape of our beautiful school!
We are inspired by the 100-year history of success of Waldorf pedagogy, which has shown its effectiveness and relevance for modern children throughout Europe. UNESCO calls it the pedagogy of the 21st century!
Ukraine has also adopted the Waldorf education system at the legislative level.
We teach students according to programs officially approved by the Ministry of Education and Science.
